The D&C Workshops have a long solid tradition, backed to the 1980's, in gathering researchers to exchange ideas and results in modeling, design and control of complex dynamical systems in a wide sense. A number of pioneering distinguished colleagues have inspired, leaded and participated in the previous editions in Los Angeles, Vienna, Rio de Janeiro, Hannover, Wiesensteig and Moscow. Proceedings have been published as books or special issues of journals for a permanent reference.
