Welcome to the online registration system of EUSIPCO 2011

A four steps electronic process is required to be registered as a participant for the conference.

No Registrations will be accepted by e-mail or Fax.

Terms & Conditions

  1. You need to enter your personal information in the registration form.
  2. Tick on the registration fee you wish to pay and the tutorials you want to attend. Select also the number of tickets for the gala dinner.
  3. Choose the payment method you want to use following the instructions for each method of payment.

Payment may be made by Bank Transfer or Credit Card. Please note that the process must be completed once started. Double registrations are not permitted by the system using the same email.

Should you find any problems with the online payment, please download the registration form and send it to the Secretariat either by fax(+ 34 - 93 205 83 47) or email.

PLEASE NOTE THAT PAPER REGISTRATION IS NO LONGER POSSIBLE

The fees include:

  • Conference Proceedings
  • Attendance at all scientific sessions
  • Coffee breaks and reception
  • Tutorials
Please note that Banquet dinner is not included in any registration fee.

If manual payment is chosen then, the Payment Confirmation Notification will be sent to your email address, once your payment is processed successfully. For online payment, please print the confirmation of the bank. No other confirmation will be sent.

Refund Policy: Paid registrants (non-authors) who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will be refunded with a cancellation fee of 80 euros if a request is received in writing one month before the congress. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO Refund will be made). There will be no refunds to authors of papers.
